RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At SALTYBEACH we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange within 20 days of receiving of your purchase.

Due to health regulations, we can only offer exchanges or store credit for any returned items that have been opened or used. If your item has NOT been opened or used in any way, you may return it for a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service at: support@saltybeach.org

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns.  No Exchanges. No Exceptions.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process below.

International Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

  1. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirming you are eligible to return your item(s).
  2. Once you have received your confirmation email, place your items back in your original package, or a package you choose, and ship with your courier of choice. Remember to keep your tracking number!
  3. SaltyBeach does not cover or reimburse shipping charges for returns.
  4. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
  5. We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
